I have been to several of the sound journeys and workshops with Leora. The events are well planned, you don’t feel out of place (so no need to be nervous as a person attending alone!) and I personally always gain a better understanding of myself in every session. I feel relaxed after attending and would recommend anyone to give it a go x

So far I've attended two events. The first was a women's circle & the second one was the Mirror Mirror Self love & empowerment workshop. Sandy is a warm, calm & welcoming host. I enjoyed & benefitted from both events but the workshop was especially powerful as I was feeling lost & stuck following a trauma. I'm only on day 32 of my homework journal & am feeling so much more in touch with myself & positive about my future! It really was life changing!

I recently attended a Sound Healing Journey -Inner Wintering. What a lovely experience. Absolutely loved the shamanic drumming. I felt relaxed and peaceful for hours afterward. Thank you Leora for a great workshop and being so welcoming.

I had my first ever Reiki session with Leora and it was so much more than I was expecting. I had put off having Reiki before now due to being a little sceptical, I now wish I had tried it much sooner.

Leora has such a calming vibe and aura that makes you feel safe to be yourself

So I had a Reiki session today with Leora at her home. It felt super safe, warm and grounded, enough for me, a 60+ guy to allow my really deep emotions to show. To me it felt like we had a really strong connection in the session and in discussion after , Leora highlighted areas that I knew I had ongoing issues with but had 100% NOT mentioned previously.

Would I go again... that's a big YES

Would I recommend Leora...again that's a YES.. but only if I can still get my bookings when I need them.

I attended a wild swimming event and absolutely loved it, Leora was so knowledgeable and supported anyone that needed it the whole time. She did a brilliant meditation too, a very well planned and thought out event, I would definitely recommend and I plan to attend more myself too.

I have recently enjoyed a reiki session with Leora. Reiki healing is new to me so I had no idea what to expect. On arrival I was made to feel very welcome. Leora talked me through the process and I was keen to get started. The environment, with low lighting, soft music and the aroma of burning incense, contributed to the warm and calming atmosphere. It was a truly relaxing experience and I left feeling thoroughly lighter. Thank you for an all round positive experience.

Just wanted to say I had a reiki treatment with Leora today (Journey Within - Holistic Healing) and could not rate it highly enough. I have had reiki done before but she performed it so much better than I’ve ever experienced and the feedback she gave me afterwards was absolutely spot on and has really given me a lot of clarity and feels like a huge weight lifted off. I’ve just starting my journey in to the community that Leora has created, I’ve joined in with a barefoot walk she ran in Savernake Forest with my little boy and we both really enjoy the experience.

I then attended the women’s circle last night and it was beautiful, Leora and the ladies were so welcoming and it was a beautiful open space they made me feel so comfortable and supported.

Really enjoyed the Creating paints from nature workshop Leora. Not just a learning experience but rather therapeutic too! It's amazing the beautiful colours nature provides and I loved finding out how to make them to paint with...and what a lovely way to bring out your inner child thank you so muchxx

Went for my first sound bath experience today it was a gift from family.

Didn’t really know what to expect or if I would gain from the experience, but I was met by Leora who was most warm and welcoming and enjoyed it with a lovely group of ladies too.

I can quite honestly say I didn’t expect to feel what I did , at peace , relaxed , at one with my body and the vibrations within .. it’s an experience I'm glad I had , and would love to do again I left feeling full of energy, almost buzzing , cold and just really exhilarated from the whole experience ,

if you’ve not tried one I really suggest you do , the aromatherapy I used was amazing too on my pulse points really boosting the whole experience and making you feel so zen
