Journey Within Holistic Healing welcomes you to Octobers Sound Journey event.

This Samhain, as the veil thins once again on the wheel of the year, we are beckoned to call to the well Ancestors of our lineage for guidance, wisdom, love and healing.

This Four Elements Sound Journey will take you on an immersive & meditative Sound Journey with Shamanic roots and connect you to your ancestral guidance.

You will be guided through earth, wind, fire and water. It is designed to be healing and restorative, leaving you relaxed, motivated and rejuvenated.

Sound healing works by attuning the body to certain healing frequencies and allowing the brain to enter restorative theta waves.

This journey is open to women and men and will be a combination of Sound Journey with meditation, light breath work and Sound Journey using a shamanic drum, crystal sound bowls, koshi chimes, Tibetan bowls, tongue drum, rainstick…
