Reiki is an ancient type of healing modality that channels the Universal Life Force energy which exists within all living beings, and delivers powerful healing to provide recipients with a restorative and balancing experience.

Reiki is non-invasive, intensely relaxing, healing meditative treatment for mind, body and spirit, and is suitable for everyone. 

As a Reiki Master & Advanced Chakra Healer my intention is to empower you to awaken the healing potential that lies within you, through the use of sacred reiki symbols and balancing the Chakras as standard.

Embrace the tranquillity and rejuvenation that Reiki can offer, fostering a deeper connection to your inner self and the world around you.

Remember that you do not go to a healer to be healed. You go to a healer to awaken the healer within yourself. Everything you need is already within you.

As a standard part of each appointment for ongoing guidance on your journey you'll be offered the opportunity to pull oracle cards before, or after your treatment (or both!), you will also be offered feedback on your treatment if you would like this. All of this is just an invitation., and you can use Reiki purely for the relaxing benefits also!

Did you know that your treatment starts long before you even leave your house to come for your appointment?

The preparation and care that goes into each session is part of what makes Journey Within so special. Many of you say the energy in the space feels welcoming and calming — and that’s very intentional.

 

Before you arrive, I prepare the room with care. I create a bespoke altar for your session, Reiki the space and treatment bed, smudge the room, and set a clear intention for your treatment. I also thoughtfully select essential oils or incense to create a relaxing, cosy and sacred atmosphere.

 

It’s a small ritual of love and preparation, created uniquely for you.

 

Your treatment bed is prepared with the option of a soft eye pillow infused with real lavender and rosemary to deepen relaxation.

 

Each time you visit, you’ll also be offered an Oracle card pull before or after your session (or both). It’s always beautiful to see how the message seems to arrive at just the right moment.

 

Most importantly, I invite you to come exactly as you are. Wear your PJs, bring your fluffy socks, fall asleep and snore, wiggle around on the bed, cry, laugh, scream or simply rest.
